I am about to buy a new Backwoods Fatboy and I want to make sure I am getting the ideal options and not missing any. I left out the casters, auto-water, and removable water pan.

I cook ribs, brisket and chicken.

Fatboy
-heat diverter
-Cover
-perm stand
-2 extra racks
-butterfly valve smokestack (is this the stack i should get?)

You should love the Fatboy. I bought mine last summer and love cooking on it. The only extra I got was the heat diverter. I put my own caster wheels on it, and I am in the process of having a local fab friend build me a a cart that will raise it up in the air a bit.
