Took the beef and pork (and chicken)I fixed this weekend and followed Saiko's recipe(thanks Saiko) exceptions are; added, butter beans( I hated lima beans as a kid, but these seem way different),potatoes and 2 tbs of kitchen bouquet, and 1 boullion cube of chipotle.

Nice tweak on the recipe to make it your own. Looks awesome!

If everyone is making this stew I'l have to put that on my to do list as well.

Looks great! I tried Saiko's recipe this weekend as well...used some left over pulled pork, chopped rib meat, and smoked turkey. Fantastic recipe--I brought four big containers in for some co-workers.

Paul that looks fantastic! Like the addition of potatoes too. I'm going to try that next time. :)

Looks realllly good ! I pulled a recipe down from the net of(supposedly!?) Smokey Bones Brunswick. Don't know if it really is, but it's good enough to recommend it also!:p
