Orange Marmalade Spiral Sliced Ham on the rotisserie?

...Yes and it goooooood!!! Oh man was it good. The glaze soaked into the slices as it was basting with each rotation. This 10 lb ham was gone in a 10 minutes. The leftover from the back end and the bones is going in a simmering pot with pinto beans. :thumb:

Used OctoForks to hold it together in addition to 1 stainless steel skewer.

Oh I forgot to say the glaze had not only the orange marmalade but also some soy sauce and pomagranate plum juice. This definitely made for a tasty basting glaze!

You didn't do the corn bread on the octoforks????

Serious: Looks great. Both the ham and the bread.

I have done ham before with a similar glaze. I like some whisky in there as well (and obviously some for me as well)
