If was not for the drive I think I would have to buy a plate from you !!!

Now , I have not seen a Spicewine in person, are they a wet smoker like a BWS or dry like a stumps?

Thanks,Rick

I added a few more pics to the slide show. This is my favorite...

Love this favorite pic of yours...WOW, is that awesome or what? She is a beauty and the rib bone makes this pic priceless! Thx for sharing.

Way to go Bigmista. The chow is looking good. Love the pic of Morgan:icon_bigsmil
Smoke on bro smoke on:cool:

Love the pic of Morgan... Be careful tho, Wyatt got his start at gnawing on greasy chicken bones at her age.

Looking good Bigmista!!!!

That last pic proves that was some good Q. There was no meat left!

She's going to be spoiled on the good stuff.

Looks good. So have you completely retired the UDS?

Not completely. It's on hiatus while I learn the Spicewine.

Yea Man
That new neighbor happy with your smokin?
I was thinking something similar, like 'I'll bet BigMista's neighbors hate him . . . unless he shares'

I know my neighbor (professional chef) drives me crazy with his grill gymnastics!

A SW can be done either way
The factory recomends wet
Many have used a Stoker with a dry cook
