Italian ABTs (IBTs)

Brethren,

This turned out MUCH better than I thought. The different cheeses, capocollo, dark brown sugar, Yardbird, AND Bovine Bold combined to make an incredible flavor profile. You know how it is....you taste all these favors and can't pinpoint one. My best compliment was that the peppers tasted like peppers but didn't burn.

Sounds really good.

I know! All that prep is gone in a few minutes, but well worth it.

I know. The looks on people's faces (especially those who don't like JalepeNos) is SSOOOOOOOOO wort
