Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef Burgandy) Stew

Peeling 30 pearl onions -- now THAT is love! DerHusker, that is a marvelously satisfying cook thread, I can only imagine how wonderful it was to eat, especially by your sweetie. It's humbling when a spouse puts that much effort into making the other happy. Did the acid in the wine affect the seasoning on your dutch oven? Just wondering.

Thank you Kathy. No this dish doesn't do to much to the seasoning. Chili does much more of a number on it than this.
