Thanks to all the brethren that gave me advice on my 1st big cook. It turned out great. There was plenty of food for all players plus families. Got tons of praise on the Q. Oh and we won making the team only the 2nd freshman team to go undefeated in 10 years at Bob Jones. Here are some pictures. Again could not have done without the support of the brethren.

Here is the shirt the coach had made for them

Look closely at #3 and #4 on the team goals

#3 Be self diciplined
#4 Succeed academically

Am I the only one who sees a problem here?

mista, your right I missed that. Hope that was a error at the pinter. These were made in rush but it should have been caught.
Guess they had spell check turned off:)

Looks great! Glad things turned out great.

Not to highjack this thread. Watching the fellow pull the pork w/the bear claws or paws on that I believe is a baking sheet. Ive found its much easier to pull the butts in a very clean buss tub. Seems to work much better without spreading meat all over the place.

Congrats on a job very well done.
