So I had this for lunch, but I felt the need for dinner.....SO

Chicken thighs seasoned with Santa Maria/HDD combo.

Deeeeeeeelicious, right?

Got the pit fired up with a stack of oak

Watching the Rose bowl by the fire, LOVE IT!

Thighs are on.....
