I finally tried Royal Oak Lump. Man do I like that stuff. I will still use Kings for certain situations, but the go to stuff is going to be RO. Thursday I made Tequila Lime turkey breasts and a pizza fatty.
I cannot claim the marinate for the turkey it came in the package that way. Now the fatty is a different story, I took a roll of Old Folks Italian Sausage. For the stuffing I used a five cheese pizza blend, pepperoni, onion, green pepper, and pizza sauce. I was very impressed with how the fatty turned out. I will definitely make it this way again.

Sorry, I forgot the pics of the slices. Chalk it up to me being fairly new around here. The turkey was good, but the fatty was better in my opinion.
