• Tonkotsu with homemade noodles

Did a bit of soup over the weekend. Thought it came out pretty damn nice.

Seasoned a pork shoulder steak

got the pork stock simmering away

Made some noodles

grilled the pork

Then assembled it all with some mushroom, scallion and soft boiled eggs.

Definitely hit the spot.
