Second cook on the Shirley....Brisket!

So, this is my second cook on my new cooker. My luck on my first and second cooks have brought rain. So I had the EZ up in place. I used the 2x4 mod to keep water from puddling over the front of the cooker.

She was crusing along between 275 and 310 for pretty much most of the cook.

I had a butt and chuck on. Then a brisket.

So far, this cooker is a breeze to run. :becky: We're loving it! :thumb:
 
That's a nice brisket. My first few cooks were in the rain too. I agree the Shirley is almost too easy to run.
