2 Slabs of beef ribs.

After 2.75 hours at 220°-240°:

I've never heard of pumpkin cider
 
Never tried beef rids. Those look good will have to look for some. Pumokun cider mix sounds interesting.

I just put some of this with OJ.
2 parts cider to 3 parts OJ

I liked it.

Pmad; Looks deliceous! My question is...did you wrap the ribs in foil themselves or did you put them in a foil pan, then wrap the pan with foil? Thanks! Jeff

Jeff,

I bought this rack for ribs.

They sat in the rack for 2.75 hours.

I then removed them and double wrapped each slab separately and placed back in the rack. To do this. I placed the slab on foil and then generously mopped the cider/juice mix over the rib. Wrapped it up and then wrapped with another layer of foil.
