In Kansas City on business (overland park actually) and need some recommendations for BBQ. I have heard Jackstack, Gates and Arthur Bryant's. If I can only convince our team to do BBQ one night, which would you recommend?

I have been to Jack Stack's and they have good food, but I prefer the mom and pop type of joints.
