Good source for Charcuterie supplies found

Sources for sausage and home butchering stuff are getting harder to come by. Shipping is the thing that is the killer. In North Dakota, I found a store that had Lem Products and bought a couple of new tubs, freezer tape and some bags to make home-made fatties. Less than $30 worth of stuff. If it had been shipped the total would have been closer to $50.

They have curing salt for $2.00 a pound and lots of other supplies. Found the name of the website while digging through some notes today. It is a commercial site so they have all sorts of casings and rings for closing them.

I've used them in the past - as a matter of fact our brine pumps came from them. Quick service, etc.
