Mesquite and oak lump

Alaskan king crab legs slathered with sake marinade:clap2:

In the meantime some octopus poke I grabbed while picking up the crab legs :thumb:

And indirect. Steak first of course

Then the crab legs

Fast forward...sear time

Yee haw!!

And she's done

While steak was resting I grilled the legs

I say done

Oh yeah!! :hungry:

So good!

Heck yeah Neighbor! That's one of my favorite surf and turf meals. lol Do the crablegs come cut or do you do that yourself? I always serve them whole and they can be a pain to crack. lol
