I would have to say that mine is my recipe for Mac N Cheese.
 
Bean soup or an awesome Lasagna.
Been known to make killer baked beans as well.
My bbq is nothing to brag about here, but I try hard to improve daily.
Oh, I have a killer chicken pasta salad thats complimented with dill weed thats a complete meal in itself.

Crap..........I bake 300 pounds of chicken or more during the winter months each month.
The customers claim its..........good.
 
I can cook basically anything and do. All homemade. But to put my signature on a meal, it would be this.

Homemade spaghetti sauce handed down to me by my nana (great grandmother) who spoke 0 english! Zach would tell you I make killer french toast!

Chicken Okra Gumbo and home made spaghetti sauce.
 
My "2nd Alarm Pulled Beef BBQ", but my shift at work requests my Enchilladas almost every other week.
 
On the grill it's pork loin in a boat.

On the stove top its spaghetti sauce - so, spaghetti or baked spaghetti
 
Anyone going to share some of these fantastic recipes?:lol:
 
Pasta seafood but my secret beer can butt chicken is a really close second.
