Going to finally try a smoked meatloaf this weekend. Will add a pork tenderloin on there for lunches during the week.

Did a dozen sweet and spicy chicken thighs on the old miniMAX today.

Then glazed with sweet baby Rays

Got a dozen sabrett hot sausages going on next😎

Sup you pharkers?

It's unbearably hot and don't want to cook inside, nor sit around outside. So, probably pizza delivery tonight.

Thinking more grill than smoke over the weekend.

Neighbors are off to Norway for a couple weeks and a send off dinner is planned for Saturday. Thinking some fat pork chops and mustard greens.

Skirt steak tacos for Sunday dinner.

I've got a hankerin' for Indian cuisine.

It'll be Chicken Tikka Masala for sure.

Thinking about trying some chapli kebabs (link to recipe) as a smaller side.

There will be sag (spinach) of some sort... and we simply must have riata, and I might try to whip up some coriander / mint chutneys as something different.

Y'all stay cool as best you can. It was a scorcher out here on the High Plains today until an unexpected thunderstorm dropped the temps by 30F in about 10 minutes.
