I've been craving livers and gizzards lately.
Hard to phind good ones anymore, so I'll have to be the phry cook I guess.
Tomorrow, gonna try some of the latest sausages I made.
Brats, Cajuns and Bourbon Chipotle.
Not sure about Sunday yet.

This weekend (tomorrow specifically), is idiot 'pitmaster' (me) redemption day! I'll be smoking a pork butt for Sunday, along with a rack of ribs and a turkey breast for dinner tomorrow. Tuning plates adjustment, more research, and a little bit better knowledge of how this pit works should give me the advantage.
It's been a rough go with the ole life situation lately. Work, stress, (sick)kids, my medical bullchit etc have taken a toll on my brain. Looking forward to seeing some really good friends this weekend. Thanks brethren for sticking around and giving me an escape every now and then.

Paging Dr Phu and all you smoking dudes and dudette.....Painted all today so burned out and tired. Tomorrow I’ll Probably grill some cheap chuck eye steaks I got from the looney bin (reduced rack) to chop up for soup......”a country boy will survive”.....have a great one.
MSD has the Wangs in the oven tonight. Making Clam dip but thinking I still need a phreezer Phrize to cook tomorrow!
