Had company and decided to do some cooking. I stuffed the pork loin with Conecuh sausage and cream cheese and wrapped in bacon

also cooked some ribs, rubbed down with EVOO and big rons rub

I borrowed one of my cookers I sold a guy just wanted to cook on it, it is one of my favorite style of cookers I sell.

cooked the pork loin wrapped in bacon till it hit 135 in the thickest part and let it rest

The ribs turned out great too

it all turned out really good

Had that loin put up for a while been wanting to do one, I knew the cream cheese would be good but the bacon and sausage put it over the top. Plus I did not overcook it.
