KCBS by-laws

This is a link to a site which has the by-laws as of 2006. Now it's note an official KCBS site but it sure looks like the document I saw for the 2006 election. It's an itneresting read, especially the final section that says the BOD and not members can amend the bylaws. Also read about dues and your responsibility. Sounds like you owe dues until you send in a letter canceling membership or did I read that wrong. Don't think they try to collect.

Maybe a BOD member that has an official copy or an ex BOD member with an official copy can verify if this document is correct.

Standard wording in 501C documents is bylaws are changed by a vote of the membership.
