I had a crew of fatty virgins over for dinner tonight and blew their socks off with five fatties and a gaggle of wonderful piggles. Fatty one was Jalapeno and onion, fatty two was italian with pepperoni, mozzarella, and caramelized onions, fatty three maple with a spicy rub, fatty four spicy garlic, and fatty five (My favorite this far) Jalapano popper with cheddar. Check out the pron!!

Grillvuzzo, it was delicious….unfortunately the fatty virgins devoured the Italian fatty before I could get to it….they aren’t fatty virgins no more.
I might have to do a pepperoni/cheese/marinara later this weekend to make up for it.
The piggles were great…better than I would have ever guessed.

Great variation on the fatties.
