Five Fatties and more

If you are going to fire up the smokehouse, you should always get your money’s worth. I needed to smoke up some hams that we found on sale so took some items out of the freezer to make a full house smoke
Turned out to be – 2 hams, 5 fatties, salt, rice, and razor clams. Today’s focus is on the fatties! Full house shown here.

Here are the five fatties! Three were Nekked – cheese burger made with bacon burger, Lasagna made with Italian sausage, Breakfast sausage with Brisket and smoked cheese!
Two were bacon wrapped – 5 B’s (Burger, bacon ground in the burger, Bacon inside the roll, Bacon wrapped, Blue cheese in the roll!) and an Italian sausage with pizza filling (Pizza sauce, Peperoni, Mozzarella, Spicy sausage).

They all look amazing. I make the pizza one often. I add onions and peppers along with the pepperoni and mozzarella.

It does - MSD made that one and we froze it so I don't know hoe it tastes yet but Im thibnking it will be awesome - Fatties can be soo much fun.

No, They were chopped up - I used them to make smoked clam dip!
