On a golf trip with some buddies and stopped on the road at Doe’s. Not the original, but one of the franchise locations.

Filet on the left, strip on the right.

They do fried drop biscuits. More like donuts than biscuits.
Not bad, but. Great cut of meat. I would have preferred it with a bit of a char or crust.
