Well didnt think I was gonna have time this weekend to cook but the kids have to eat. Got some left over smoked chicken and went to town....

Thanks everyone for the accolades! It pretty darn easy and with Justin and Adam "practicing" we have alot of leftover smoked yardbird. Seems like 30-50 a week. So pot pies, dumplings, chicken n rice ect. I am surprised nobody caught the bud light in the picture. Thatis in the recipe for the cook... hehehehe
