Planning on a trip to Long Island (Wading River) on Labor Day weekend to visit out daughter, SIL, and grandbaby. Wanted to stop in and check out the Restaurant Depot(bringing mega cooler) since alot of you have good things to say about there quality of meat. I went to thier website, and while it states membership is free and open to the public, it says you need a business license, or proof that you are with a non profit organization. Will a business card cut it?? I don't have my catering licence yet. Any suggestions? Thanks.
