Picked this up yesterday and thought I'd give something new a try. I got some very useful info from the Brethren and started dinner.

Seasoned with Sea Salt, garlic pepper, and cracked black pepper

Fired up the kettle and set it up for indirect cooking.

Seared each side at very high heat. (temp unknown because I broke BOTH temp gauges right before cooking :mad2:)

Then let it go indirect until internal temp reached 140.

Let it rest for 10 mins and then sliced! WOW! It's looked amazing! :p

Two thumbs up for the toughest critic!!! :thumb: :thumb:

This thing tasted so so so good! Everyone loved it and it is now one of favorites!! BTW had mashed tators and spinach with our meal! Thanks for checking out our Sunday dinner!

Looks like you've made a fan! Great looking hunk of beef!

The London Broil looks great, but the picture of your critic is priceless!

What a cutie!

Good looking meal too.

Can I ask - how long did you cook it for indirect?
Did you use any smoke?

I didn't use any wood if thats what your asking. And as far as indirect I would guess about 20 minutes. I went by the internal temp. I took it off and let it rest then sliced it but it was done enough for the little lady. It wasn't even really warm in the center yet. Didn't bother me but she thought it needed to go longer. So I put it back on indirect for another 10 minutes. It could have been a little more tender more sliced across the grain it just perfect!!
