Pitmaster X's mini Pizza Calzone video

BGE Europe send me some pizza tools last week and among that was a calzone pizza press. I never made a calzone pizza before, so this was the perfect opportunity to try and make some.

My little gril saw me preparing the dough and yelled "CLAYS" so I got some help

i also just subscribed.. just about everything i do including my uds build involves my 3 year old daughter.. she loves cooking.. all day today she kept asking me when we were making a fire cause it was nice out...
