For dinner last night, I had some left over pulled pork from the weekend and some pizza dough I made earlier, so I threw together a quick calzone.
Fresh mozzarella, ricotta and feta cheese on top of high quality Spanish olive oil and a light dusting of garlic salt.
Onions and peppers...
BGE Europe send me some pizza tools last week and among that was a calzone pizza press. I never made a calzone pizza before, so this was the perfect opportunity to try and make some.
My little gril saw me preparing the dough and yelled "CLAYS" so I got some help ;)...
