The maintenance guy for the company that owns our building just came up to my cube and told me there was a "Bacon Makin' Kit" on the hood of my car. He didn't want someone walking off with it.

If it was one of you farkers that did it (and you know who you might be), THANKS!

Now to find pork belly.

nice score! I can help you eat it once it's ready :) UW Provision in Middleton has good prices on pork belly, but only by the case. $2.49/# last time I checked.
 
I got to thinkin', it doesn't need to be pork belly, right? I could use this on a loin or butt and make Canadian or Buckboard, right?
