Just wanted to say Hi. From the flat lands.

I travel a lot for buisness and try BBQ and other foods all over the world.

Looking for info on Smokers. I have a Cypress Series ceramic but the lid broke due to the cheap hinge. I am going to repair it for now. Gathering info for my next one.

Favorites are Brisket, Pulled Pork, Turkey breast and Pizza.
