Hello everybody!

First le me introduce myself,

My name is Pieter and i'm from Holland. In the past indid not post much because i didn't thaught it would ad something new to this great forum.

This time i need advice!

I plan on building a trailer for my comp. cooking and catering, equipt with:

- 2 kamado's
- 1 large vertical reverse smoker
- a sink
- a generator
- a large tv and media system

I got everything quite in mind except for the smoker. For material i've got 2 large pressure barrels from an industrial heating system:

The small one is what i would like to be the firechamber, placed vertical underneath the large one.

Inside the large barrel i'll place a cooking chamber, open in the top, to allow the smoke to come in from above.

The chimney will drop down to just above the bottom of the cooking chamber.

I made a (very poor) sketch on my iphone while lying in bed:

Do you think this will work?

Thanks, pieter
