Got to meet Rod Gray BBQ Pitmasters Champ

I got to meet BBQ PITMASTERS Grand Champion Rod Gray at The Kansas City BBQ Store 'Meat & Greet'. His signature Jambo pit was fired up and he was serving up some of his ribs so that folks could sample his line of rubs and sauces.

In talking, I found out that he has a Assassin 28 that he uses also. He was great at answering everyone's questions.

Rod is a good guy! I met him at a comp in SD years ago. I was in the area on business and stopped by on Friday afternoon and introduced myself and spent a few minutes talking BBQ. I saw him again almost 18 months later and he even remembered my name!
