i'm interested.

what does $400 grill food allowance mean?

i am unfamiliar with ICBA, so if this is common terminology, i apologize.
 
It's a stipend of $400 to offset the cost of the meat.
 
Will all teams have the same amount of meat or does more meat equal more votes ?

no entry fee and they give you $400 towards food costs?

and $6000 payout?

now i am VERY interested.

now all i gotta do is figure out how to cook 30 racks of ribs and 300 pcs of chicken on 2 WSM's in like 5 hours:shock:

I missed out on the whole shake and bake conversation, but I thought a shake n bake is where the rules are flimsy, the money is suspect, and the organizer is absent for questions, or evasive. (like that Montana deal)

This seems to have the money in order, a stipend for teams, and IBCA sanctioning - I think it passes the shake and bake litmus test.

Besides I saw R2-BQ was gonna be there, and he never falls for a shake and bake from what I've heard. Instead of a lightsabre, it is more of a BBQ BS divining rod LOL.... Right Sled???:bow:
