Finally figured it out. Just simmer in tomato sauce, cumin,chili, onions ect. for a few hours. This maked Mrs Nutz ask me to dry out a few more briskets on the BGE to get the stock!! I know how to do that.

That's sad and beautiful at the same time. Though I wouldn't want to be in your house after that.
 
Awesome looking chili. Just think Nutz, if you had not dried the briskets out for Mrs. Nutz you would not have been able to enjoy the great chili.

Good lookin chili. I am sure they are both the same batch, but can you explain the color difference?
 
I did an auto-correct on one and saved it before I noticed the difference.
