Baby backs, spares, and country ribs smoked "in my usual way" on Sunday using: Big Brother Smoke's Sweet & Spicy, Big Brother Smoke's Season-All, Scott Fischer's It's the Law Misdemeanor Rub (acquired through our latest trade round), Rich Tee's Rub (which I understand will soon be commercially available), and a couple with Yardbird.
Everything turned out nice and tender. We ate the baby backs with BBS's Sweet & Spicy for supper, following a post by Chambers on how good that rub was. It is excellent! Starts off nice and sweet, then sneaks up on ya and warms the roof of the mouth and throat. Never overpowering, not "too loud," just enough. MMMmmm!
The remainder got frozen for later.
Before and after pron follows...
Dipped the ribs in It's the Law! maple BBQ sauce...
