This is really really tough. So many actually appetizing and ingenuitive entries. Yes, I want to vote for my own but, with so many multiple entries from people it's almost like you just want to vote for one person but, can't pick which dish of theirs you like most. :shock:

As a side note, who doesn't want Deep Fried Spam Candy on a stick? :heh:

I had to go with Boshizzle 6. The combination of flavors with BBQ beans, SPAM and mashed potatoes just seemed to make a lot of sense, to me.

His Spamatouille looked awesome, but I just couldn't imagine scallops and spam working together.

Biggie's 8 was a contender, but I couldn't imagine the taste -- and was worried about the texture of ground SPAM.

I liked Guerry's skewers, too. Good job of hiding the the fact that you are eating SPAM.

SPAM, beans and mashed potatoes just sounds like a natural combination. :thumb:
