cooked 4 whole pork shoulders for a grad party...not a lot of opportunity to take a bunch of pix as I ended up being pressed for
time in order to deliver lots of chopped barbecue in time for
hungry HS Grads....but I had plenty of time afterwards to take
a picture of this.....

Another Noobian hoard entry.

Veggie Scramble, Potatoes O’Brian, Bacon & ABT’s

First I gathered the ingredients: (Allot of the veggies are from my garden)

5 Eggs
5 medium Red Potatoes (Chopped)
3 small to medium Zucchini’s
1 Huge Green Onion (Chopped) :twitch:
1 Red Bell Pepper
¼ medium Yellow Onion
1 medium Tomato
Salt, Pepper & Hot Sauce (Cholula) to taste.
Bacon
Feta Cheese

An entry for Team Farkernaut..............One though the bow NOOBS! Let's start with a Veteran staple......Smoked Chuckie. First we start with a perfectly rubbed and prepared 10# chuckie........:becky:

Next after a 4 hours soak in the UDS we add the meat to the broth of beef and vegetables of desire.:biggrin1:

Once cooked down to the Buttah Probe of Tender. The beef is shredded and returned to the spa of life and goodness.

Team noob fires back..

I did up some rib-eyes on the SJ & lump, some loaded up (bacon fat, onion, jalapeno and roasted yellow pepper) corn bread in the cast iron pan, asparagus and smashed sweet potatoes with sour cream and chives. Another entry for team noob.
