This is what goes down when a pitmaster is bored on a Saturday evening! 7 lb. butt, rubbed with one of my own blends, on the WSM, low and slow till its ready to come off at 205 degrees. Smoking with hickory and apple.
Finally, I got to pull and eat! It was not my best pulled pork, but it was delicious anyway. I served it on a soft sweet roll w/Pepperjack cheese and homemade sauce. Yummy!
