New to the Brethren and new to low and slow! Got a WSM 18.5 for father's day and been getting the hang of it! Ribs first, then pork butt, brisket, and then another pork butt! Have always loved to grill, and now with my own WSM, loving to smoke too! Get's my 17 year old son up early sometimes to help out... in any case, new here but glad i found it. Stay well--
. Congrats on the WSM and on your introduction to smoking. You will find that most of us here are obsessed with it but be careful, the fine folks here love to help you spend your money. There are plenty of knowledgeable people here and if they can't answer your questions, you probably don't need to be doing it anyway.
