For dinner last night, I had some left over pulled pork from the weekend and some pizza dough I made earlier, so I threw together a quick calzone.
Fresh mozzarella, ricotta and feta cheese on top of high quality Spanish olive oil and a light dusting of garlic salt.
Onions and peppers
Add the pulled pork
Check the oil and close the hood
Onto the Primo for few minutes..
Yep, looks like calzone.
