I've made a few posts already.. so this introduction is after the fact.
Have been smoking meats for some time... now the owner of an CG offset and CG Akorn. Also have a gas Weber for grilling, and a kettle Weber for when I feel like using charcoal briquets to cook.
This is probably the most useful forum I've found to date (I used to read HomeBBQ but that site is a ghost town now). This forum was especially useful when I was researching the Akorn and IQ110/IQ120.
Looking forward to learning more and, after having read about these UDS smokers, I'm starting to get cooker envy.
