Got up early yesterday, drove to my parents house to help out with this:

Cheestros Anesti :)wink: LOL) to all the farkers out there who observe Greek Easter!

Looking good. Did you get nervous doing it in the garage?

Have almost always had the bbq in the garage since they've been at this house. Its always been chilly temps for Easter, and the one year we had 70 degree weather we had it out, but they are up on a hill and its always breezy, so it took an extra 2 hrs and quite a bit more charcoal to get done.

That being said, we always have plenty of extinguishers and the hose right there in case of a mishap, and it is never unattended.
