wood chunk question

Won 100 lbs of free wood from Fruita last night guessing the score of the super bowl :-D
I have 50 lbs of pecan and 50 of cherry headed my way! Can't wait to give it a try!

Wow! I have never heard of this Fruita company before. I have always used "Smoke Me Woods" I think that is the name. It's in a purple mesh bag, I think it comes from Kansas City area. I will have to try this Fruita out. Has anyone noticed a big difference using this Fruita wood over something else? Thanks everyone.
