On my part I managed after a considerable
time spent to maintain a high standard of quality control.
It was with great difficulty and self sacrifice
on my part. Able to prepare this fine meal for my family.

First I took 4 chicken breast and split them so
they wouldn't be so thick. Sealed them in a bag
with some Italian dressing to marinate.

With the grill up to speed I started the delicate
process of grilling with Bobby. (That's Me)

This is where the self sacrifice comes in. You
have to be strong to handle this kind of pressure.
It's all worth the effort being I'm only doing this
to protect my family.

This piece just doesn't look done.

Made a Sammie with a little mayo, lettuce, pickle
on whole grain flat bread. Sweet Potato fries on
the side.

"Hello boys, I'm baack. Miss me?

I do chicken that way all the time. Its just a necessary step you have to take to make sure the end product is up to par. Well done!

That's just the kind of guy I'm, no sacrifice is to great for the family. Besides, I've tasted their cooking.
