my kids reminded me it's soup weather this weekend so will be back to making stews/soups every week. but even with the cold weather, I still get my smoker going. the cold doesn't stop the Q!

Being from the South, now living in the North, I take advantage of my summer smokes that I freeze (pulled pork and chicken) and make a big batch of Brunswick Stew. Warms the soul and brings the smell of BBQ back into the house. It has a wonderful smokey flavor.
