Yippee!!! I might have to pull a cork to celebrate this challenge.

Thanks to OferL for picking an excellent theme, and thanks to all the voters.... the margin was tight, as it should be.

There was a special feeling in the air for this Throwdown because "Recreating a Childhood BBQ Memory" took me back two generations. It was so fun replicating a meal from 50 years ago, I have a hard time describing it. And honoring my GrandPa with something he loved to cook is icing on the cake.

I just wish I had some input from the past. I never knew my grand dad. Sure he was not into grilling. My Dad never grilled a thing till I was long out of the house. Older brother? (RIP) Nope. I was self taught and still learning :clap2:
