Last weekend 4 types all marinated 24 hours. I find this the easy way to do wings.
1. Bulgogi
2. Italian dressing
3. XX Peri Peri
4. Walkerwood jerk
Had a crowd over for the race and they didn't last long.
 
Not much of an actual recipe, but I just use Naturiffic's hot wing rub and cook them in my smoker until they're done.

I'll second the hot wing rub! I just use a full load in the kettle, bank to one side and cook on the other with some smoking wood over the coals.

I did get a vortex and some HDD and will be trying that as soon as it gets a little warmer.
