Got a couple friends coming over later for some grub. Such a perfect weekend (75 and sunny both days) and started with some shooting yesterday, then some golf today and now some egg cooking. Got wings and homemade sausage on the menu tonight :-D. Just getting things ready right now and will start cooking in an hour or so. Also will do roasted sweet potatoes for sides.

Most of the grub ready. Love costo's already de-jointed/separated wings. Sausage is my corned beef and Sriracha corned pork. Love corned meat sausage on the first few batches I've made and will part of my go to sausage recipes going forward




Egg fired up. Plan is to run it around 500 for the wings and sausage
