Thanks to all who came out to the Windy City BBQ Classic.
This was a big year for us, growing into a KCBS sanctioned contest - and ramping up to "big boy" status with over 60 teams competing.
Everyone had ample power, water, coffee, and beer. It rained for 80% of the time, but all went smooth through the storm. We had some really awesome teams out, and we're already planning towards next year.
