My wife is trained in food safety and handling. She has to take regular classes for her work. So...... guess who gets lectured all the time on the proper handling and food safety..... :eek:

That's right.... me....

I think I will throw out a few poll questions once in a while if you are interested.... just some basic stuff. Safe food temps, storage, etc.... unless you want the real tough ones???

After putting one on, and a gentle nudge that there was already a thread, that I didn't find, I will retire now....

BBQJOE has done a super great job on it, so I will let him continue. I sent him a pm, and all is cool on my end. I offered to send him some ideas if I came across some.
